Criminal Defence Solicitors attended a minute of unity to demonstrate the impending death of the UK Criminal Justice system outside the Royal Courts of Justice
Followed by a demonstration outside the Ministry of Justice, speakers include Dinah Rose QC, Stephen Knafler QC, Liberty, Kids Co, Public Law Project and Freedom from Torture who make clear that the proposals will "make Government bodies less accountable, impact upon access to justice for vulnerable groups and destroy quality of criminal defence"
